Horseshoe Resort Residences


/ Brand
We created the Horseshoe Resort Residences brand to bring Slopeside, Copeland House and any future residential builds together under one unifying brand. In order to keep things visually consistent with consumers, we made sure to incorporate the Horseshoe Resort logo which is instantly recognizable, strong and looked sleek on all collaterals, both physical and digital.






/ Sales Center
The sales centre needed to be revamped in order to bring in the new Horseshoe Resort Residences brand. The Creative Co-opt created large signage, a site map and sales materials to both assist the sales representatives and capture the attention of the masses that enjoy the resort throughout the year.


/ WEb
With visuals and copy that showcase the resort lifestyle, we made sure the brand was consistent across all digital platforms. The website acted as a high-level version of the investment brochure highlighting the condos, the resort and the surrounding area to pull potential buyers down through the funnel. We also designed and distributed a series of EDMs to inform recipients about current events, updates, and referral programs at Horseshoe Resort Residences.
